Marine parade

Project Description 

This development comprises of 6 luxury apartments over two levels and a basement. All apartments feature a combination of 2pac and timber veneer joinery units, accompanied by curved plastered walls and delivered with tiling specifically sourced to individualize each apartment.

A feature entrance ramp constructed with curved concrete walls, tiled in mosaics and accompanied by draping plants from the planter boxes above. Complimented by feature blue stone walls laid in brick fashion.
