Project Description 

The upgrade and refresh of an existing building, converting it to a fully functional F45 Gym.

End to end project management from inception to delivery. Handling town planning approvals for change of use and maintaining strict guidelines for design and altercating for franchisee approval.

Despite a tight timeline with 4 week construction requested, 8projects replaced the facade, constructed new toilet, showers and gym floor fit out, within the required schedule.
