Project delivered by Paul Entwistle Director at Dzine Construction Group
Construction consisted of a 2 level basement carpark, ground floor retail and 3 levels of residential apartments – bespoke design. The project was a CBG Architects signature design where Paul Entwistle assisted with the Design Development drawings and delivered complete with value management.
Project consisted of seacant piling (due to close proximity of the bay), basement construction of split multi level car park, 4 ground floor retail tenancies varying in design from café / restaurant to retail boutique clothing.
With crafted ground floor lobby areas, 14 boutique apartments, 2 bespoke penthouses all with numerous external features and luxury finishes throughout. The project location produced many constraints, particularly with tight access to site, overhead power lines and small rear lane access only.
