Project Description
A CBG Architects signature design, this
50m2 residential home displays 8projects’ diversity blending modern flair with a
heritage frontage.
The project consisted of an existing heritage overlay on the property which included specialist approval from town planning and heritage consultants.
The bespoke residential property construction work included demolition to existing building and high level finishes to the cellar, pool, floor to ceiling, double glazed feature finishes, external works comprised of precast panels, steel, cedar and render finishes.
