Project Description 

A design and construct collaboration of a unique office building in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD located on the corner of La Trobe and Queen Street - five levels above the street, this project had its challenges.

A purpose-built office with lightweight and prefabricated technology along with a curtain wall façade, a heritage overlay and Melbourne City Council CMP all being managed to deliver this amazing commercial office complex.
